What data we process and why
If you send a message through the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of the message. We do so to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
How long we keep data
We keep form data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if no cooperation follows, for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If we enter into a contract, we process the data for its duration and until related claims become time-barred.
Recipients
Data may be shared only with providers of our hosting and email services, under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use the website: which pages they read and how they find us. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set. Once you consent, Google sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), kept for up to 2 years. Advertising features and personalisation are disabled. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. Strictly necessary cookies are set only for editors logged in to the administration panel. The directions map is an image; Google Maps opens only after you click it, and Google’s terms apply from that moment.
Server logs
The server records technical connection data in its logs (IP address, time, page address, browser type). They are used only for security and diagnostics and are deleted after no more than 90 days.
