Who we are
We are a team of experienced accountants, HR and payroll specialists and financial controllers. We know the regulations from practice, not just theory: we have taken our clients through successive tax reforms, the introduction of JPK files, the Polish Deal (Polski Ład) and the KSeF e-invoicing system, tax inspections and statutory audits.
We specialise in organisations that need more expertise than standard bookkeeping: foreign-owned companies reporting to a head office, groups preparing consolidated financial statements, companies taxed under Estonian CIT, family foundations, foundations and associations. We keep full books of account, run HR and payroll, supervise our clients’ accounting departments, act as financial controller and prepare management reports.
We believe a professional accounting firm’s work does not end with filing a tax return. Our experience lets us spot risks early, before they become problems, and advise management on decisions with tax and financial consequences.

Management
